Are pets allowed on board?

Travel with your furry friend: pets are always welcome on board! To embark your four-legged friend, you will need to present their ticket, rabies vaccination certificate (where required) and a valid medical certificate. Dogs must be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle during the crossing. Although they cannot access the seating areas, pets are allowed on the ship's outer decks or, where available, in designated kennels. Furthermore, guide dogs for the blind can travel free of charge, upon presentation of the relevant documentation. For animals protected by specific regulations, you must have the appropriate licence or certificate for transport. We are happy to allow you and your four-legged friend to enjoy a peaceful and safe journey together!

Lost or Stolen Ticket

If your ticket is lost or stolen, it is important to report it immediately to the onboard staff or port office upon departure. A replacement ticket can only be issued if the original ticket has not been used and upon presentation of valid identification. Please take special care of your ticket to avoid any inconvenience during your journey. The onboard staff will be available to assist you at every stage of the reporting process and to initiate the procedure for issuing a duplicate, subject to availability and verification that the original ticket has not been used.

Special Resident Fare

To benefit from resident, native, or other discounted fares, passengers must present valid proof of residency or eligibility both at the time of ticket purchase and upon boarding. For vehicles, the vehicle registration document showing the applicant as the registered keeper is required. Failure to provide the required documentation at boarding will result in ticket cancellation without refund.

Lost property enquiry

Please keep your personal belongings safe during the crossing. Should you forget or lose any items on board, please report it to the information desk on board. If this is not possible, after disembarking, you can contact the company, providing your journey details, to initiate the necessary search.
